Seaward Fitness is run by Jason and Sam Seaward in Carrington, Kimberley. This notice explains what this website does with personal information, under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This website

This website has no forms, accounts, comments or tracking. It does not collect personal information from you, and it sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Enquiries and the members app

Enquiries and sign-ups happen on our app, at app.seawardfitness.com. When you enquire we collect your name, your WhatsApp number, an optional email address and the package you're interested in, so that we can reply to you. Only Jason and Sam see this information.

Members of the app give further information (for example contact details, and optional health details such as injuries). That information is collected with your consent, only for the purpose of training you safely, and you can decline the optional parts.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Our app data is stored with Supabase in Ireland (EU), and the website is hosted by Vercel. We keep your information only as long as we need it to reply to you, and we delete it when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact us at contact@jasonseaward.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
